Linda is an experienced director and advisor, with deep expertise in the technology, medical and civil construction industries. As a corporate lawyer and business advisor of more than 15 years’ standing, Linda has extensive experience in risk management, information security, governance, and strategy formulation and execution.

Linda also plays an active role in helping start-up technology businesses grow from inception through to commercialisation of their intellectual property. Some of Linda’s professional highlights include founding a technology accelerator that contributed in a unique way to the Australian innovation ecosystem as well as co-founding, and subsequently selling her interest in a specialist boutique law firm.

Linda is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Australian Information Security Association. Linda is passionate about Tasmanian and can often be found on her paddle board on the spectacular coast of North-West Tasmania.
