Oliver is an experienced General Counsel and Company Secretary with over 17 years' experience in private legal practice and an in-house legal adviser in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Currently Oliver is Company Secretary/General Counsel at Aurora Energy where he leads the Governance business unit which is responsible for legal services, risk and compliance, internal audit, procurement, government and stakeholder relations, Board secretariat and corporate governance functions.

Oliver has a Bachelor of Commerce and Law from the University of Tasmania and is a Graduate of the Australian of Company Directors. Oliver is passionate about making a difference for the Tasmanian community and is committed to providing his governance and legal skills and expertise to the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Tasmania.
