Refund policy:

If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to Westpac Rescue Helicopter Tasmania, we will honor your request for a refund made within 10 business days of your donation.

To request a refund, email admin@westpacrescuetas.com.au.

Refunds are returned using the original method of payment, except cash donations will be returned via electronic deposit.

If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

 

Security Policy:

When making a donation to Westpac Rescue Helicopter Tasmania, card details are transmitted through a secure server using the Westpac Payway payments facility.

Card data is not hosted by Westpac Rescue Helicopter Tasmania after processing.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We stand by the quality of our products. We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. 

  • Exchange will be given within 30 days from purchase. An original receipt must be presented as proof of purchase. Products and packaging must be returned in original condition. Exchange after 30 days from purchase date are limited to comply with consumer rights only. Please choose carefully, as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
  • You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to do. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase,
